Waterfall Banquet and Conference was established by the Scotto family in the summer of 2002 after obtaining ownership to the old Brandywine Terrace. With the completion of renovations the Scotto family has established Waterfall as one of the premiere banquet facilities in the Northern Wilmington and Brandywine Valley area. Multiple rooms with several configurations allow Waterfall the versatility to accommodate small intimate luncheons and conferences to the grandest and most elegant of wedding receptions. Our patio, completed in 2008, is the perfect site for cocktail hours and networking while our rooms provide a welcoming atmosphere for luncheons, dinners and professional presentations or meetings.
Easily accessible from I-495 and I-95, 20 minutes South of Philadelphia and with several local hotels nearby, Waterfall is a convenient and central location for many events hosted in the Tri-State area.
